Hi, I am Debs and as a qualified Mental Health First Aid (MHFA England) Instructor Member, I have the expertise to provide you and/or your company with high quality, pragmatic MHFA England training – the mental health equivalent of physical first aid.
I have taught Mental Health First Aid Training for over 15 Years and trained over 2000 students.
WHAT MAKES ME QUALIFIED?
Apart from my MHFA England Instructor qualifications and Volunteer training, I also have 3 years’ experience in substance misuse recovery, am a Crisis Volunteer with the mental health crisis text line Give us a Shout and have personal, familial experience of addictions, anxiety and depression. In short, I’ve been there, done it and got the t-shirt!
